Step 1: Shake the bottle for more than 10 seconds before use to ensure that the paint is fully mixed.
Step 2: Before applying, wipe the repaired surface and clean it with scratch repair paste (to be purchased separately), turn the pen cap counterclockwise, and apply the brush with appropriate amount of paint on the repaired surface.
Step 3: If the repair site is not completely covered, you need to wait for the first coat of paint to dry (about 3 hours), apply the second coat of paint again until the defect is completely covered, if you buy a transparent gloss paint pen, wait until the previous smear is completely dry before use. (Make sure the paint is dry before reapplying)

Since the paint pen and scratch repair paste are special liquids and pastes they must be shipped from the manufacturer by road or sea which is why it can take up to 6 weeks for out of stock colours to come back into stock. We however keep 10+ of each colour in stock with more arriving every few weeks to ensure all colours are available.
The brush coating method of this product can only repair small scars, especially on metal paint. Due to the limitations of the brush coating method, the metal particles in the paint cannot be evenly dispersed, and there may be a certain color difference and the surface is not smooth.

This is expecially important were the Tesla Model is not listed as compatible within the description for example the Tesla Model Y RWD Made in Giga Berlin. The Berlin Made RWD Model has minor differences over the Fremont , Shanghai and Texas Model Y with some Accessories such as Trunk Bins for example not fitting the Berlin RWD Model Y and Model Y Juniper. We do not list the Berlin RWD Model Y as a seperate Model however most owners are aware their cars do have differences in the trunk area , brake calipers , etc and if you have a Berlin RWD model and you are in doubt about an accessory being compatible please contact us before placing your order.
Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.
If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.
We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.
We do not distinguish between the Tesla Model Y+ Juniper RWD and AWD Models however if your RWD Model comes from Giga Berlin you will need to confirm compatibility on certain accessories such as trunk bins and caliper covers as these items will not fit the German Made Tesla Model Y RWD from Giga Berlin. If in doubt please contact us for assistance.

Orders placed and paid for before 1PM Monday to Friday are shipped same day for Next Day Delivery with ANPOST.IE. Once and order is shipped a DISPATCH EMAIL with tracking details is sent to ensure you can track your order and make changes to the delivery schedule if requiered.
Orders placed after 1PM Monday to Friday will be shipped Next Business Day for delivery with ANPOST.IE the following day.
Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped Next Business Day usually the following Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.
We do not ship orders on National Holidays and there are no deliveries on Saturdays.
European Orders are shipped same day when the order is placed before 12.30PM IRISH TIME 1.30PM CET with delivery with AN POST INTERNATIONAL within 4-7 Days. The delivery timeframe differs depending on the country so please check the schedule on the ANPOST.IE website for exact local country details. In our experience most shipments to EU member countries such as Germany , France , Spain , Italy occur within 4-6 Business Days from day of shipping.

Scratches on my rear bumper on my 2025 Model Y was annoying given it happened only 2 months after I took ownership. I decided to try a paint pen after getting a crazy quote to respray the bumper. It took me about 20 minutes over 2 days to complete the repair and the final result was 5 star. I purchased the compound as well as the black paint and I waited 24 hours after applying the compound and I am without very happy. Delivery was next day and the advice I received through Whatsapp was invaluable in assisting me in making the right decisions.
I purchased the compound , red and clear coat products to repair a nasty set of scratches I got from getting too close to a traffic bollard at Dublin Airport nly minutes after collecing my Tesla S from the valets who had washed and polished it just before. I sent an email with a photo of the damage and I was sent back an email with information which linked the products I needed. I was advised to get a scratch pad to remove the concrete from the scratches and then to apply the compound 24 hours before I even considered using the paint pens. I followed the instructions and I would say the job is 95% which was a lot more than I expected. I had taken the S to the local paint repair shop in Swords and they quoted me €1400 as they wanted to spray the rear quarter panel. I decided to spend €50 on the cheaper solution and I could then make a deicision if I wanted to spend €1400 later. I am happy with the paint pen , compound and clear coat and the advice I got was very important as I would likely have painted the concrete. The colour is very close to the original 2016 paint colour but as I was advised the clear coat varnish was needed to finish the job and without the clear varnishI think I would have spent the €1400. Thank you for your advice and I am please I contacted you before making my decision. I have uploaded photos of my Model S so everyone can see the repair. Unfortunately I do not have any before photos.
