If you have any doubt regards an accessory being compatible with your exact Tesla Model please contact us prior to placing your order. This is expecially important were the Tesla Model is not listed as compatible within the description for example the Tesla Model Y RWD Made in Giga Berlin. The Berlin Made RWD Model has minor differences over the Fremont , Shanghai and Texas Model Y with some Accessories such as Trunk Bins for example not fitting the Berlin RWD Model Y and Model Y Juniper. We do not list the Berlin RWD Model Y as a seperate Model however most owners are aware their cars do have differences in the trunk area , brake calipers , etc and if you have a Berlin RWD model and you are in doubt about an accessory being compatible please contact us before placing your order.

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

We do not distinguish between the Tesla Model Y+ Juniper RWD and AWD Models however if your RWD Model comes from Giga Berlin you will need to confirm compatibility on certain accessories such as trunk bins and caliper covers as these items will not fit the German Made Tesla Model Y RWD from Giga Berlin. If in doubt please contact us for assistance.

EV Jacking Point Adapter

Ordered on Monday and was dispatched the same day, but unfortunately has still not arrived by Friday.

Conor , I can see that your order was signed for and received by you on Saturday the 25th of January. You placed the order at 10.41AM last Monday and as you can see from the AN POST tracking we shipped the order the same day and we handed the parcel into the POST OFFICE ourselves as we do this to ensure even orders placed after the cut off are generally shipped the same day to our customers in Ireland and across Europe. In fairness to An Post they lost 2 days last week to day weather one day nationally and one day locally with weather warnings and it also looks like the parcel was not sent from the local post office to the national parcel centre in port laois until Tuesday which is unusual and I cannot explain that other than to say there was flooding in Carlow last Monday which is why we dropped 50+ parcels to the Castledermot post office. We could not physically get to the sorting centre on the opposide side of Carlow and this does seem to have delayed your order by 24 hours and this was our mistake but we were trying to ensure the parcel shipped as the alternaive was the parcel not shipping until the Tuesday but this happened anyway. An Post could not deliver on Thursday or Friday however why they did not deliver on Wednesday I cannot explain. I have sent an email to An Post asking for an explanation however it is unlikley I will get a quick reply as they are still very bust due to the Holy Head fiasco from December. I am sorry you order was delayed and we accept we created a delay of 24 hours but please understand we do state delivery can take 1-5 business days with 98% of orders in Ireland delivered within next day and we state this as there can be anomalies which has happened to your delivery with An Post. An Post offer a very good service but last week was not a normal week for them or ourselves as we could not open on Friday and we had to close at 2PM on Thursday due to the weather however we did manage still to ship all Irish and European orders which were placed on the days they were placed. Can you please reconsider the STAR rating as there was exceptional circumstances last week with multiple weather warnings for An Post and on top of this last Monday we had local bad weather which stopped us from using the local An Post distribution and Sorting Office which is why we had to send a staff member 15 Kilometres to Castledermot in Kildare to ship from the post office in Kildare. I am sure you experienced the weather yourself and you are aware there were no postal of courier deliveries at all on Friday with limited deliveries on Thuesday however An Post , GLS and even DPD were out on Saturday also in bad weather ensuring they were able to deliver a lot of delayed parcels to customers which they were not obliged to do. We work with AN POST as they know their customers locally and this helps when delivering in Ireland and even to many EU countries. GLS we work with as they deliver to many EU countries quickly but even they wold not have been able to deliver to you any quicer last week as their service in Ireland for us is 1-3 days with a cut off of 12 noon and with your order being placed at 10.41AM we would not have been able to pick and pack your order to ship on Monday with GLS so they also would have had issues with the weather and I expect it would be today 7 days later they would be delivering to you. We do not offer a same day or next day delivery guarantee and our guarantee is to ship the same day as we cannot control the service of a carrier like GLS or AN POST however in our experience AN POST deliver 98% of parcels In Ireland next day but there are local area were this does not happen and many of the people living in these areas will already be aware there can often be delays in their local areas. We for example know deliveries to Macroom and local ares to Macroom generally take 2 business days with AN POST and in the past we have seen serious delays in this area with DPD which we were never able to explain. This is a must have accessory. I got a slow puncture and went to the local tyre centre. I produced the jacking adapter and asked them to use it for them to not even know what it was. At the end of their jack was something looking like an upside down 5 legged table and it looked scary. The adapter fit onto this and protected the battery. They did ask me were I got it as they realised from my horror that this is a must for electric cars.
