Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

All Warranties Provided are done so under the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union with the contract of sale under the laws of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Whether you purchased your Tesla Accessory last week or last year should you have an issue please contact us and let us work together to resolve any issue you may have.

If any of our customers finds any product not to meet the expected quality or does not fit or match colours expected then please contact us so we can speak to the manufacturer of the accessory to ensure the next version is improved.

We are Tesla owners here ourselves and our goal is to provide a local service when it comes to finding the correct Tesla Accessories so should you have an issue please share your concern with us so we can improve the product.

If your issue is with the service we have provided first let me apologise and second please email sales@teslary.ie and let us try to find a sensible solution. We can all make mistakes and if we have made an error when processing an order we will do our best to learn from our mistakes and to ensure the mistake does not happen again.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by DEBIT and CREDIT card with payments processed when orders are placed. We cannot ship an order unless we have received payment. When your order is processed we will send confirmation of payment by way of an Invoice which will show your payment.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required.

DELIVERY

Orders placed and paid for before 1PM Monday to Friday are shipped same day for Next Day Delivery with DPD.IE. Once and order is shipped a DISPATCH EMAIL with tracking details is sent to ensure you can track your order and make changes to the delivery schedule if requiered.

Orders placed after 1PM Monday to Friday will be shipped Next Business Day for delivery with DPD.IE the following day.

Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped Next Business Day usually the following Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.

We do not ship orders on National Holidays and there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

European Orders are shipped same day when the order is placed before 12.30PM IRISH TIME 1.30PM CET with delivery with DPD within 3-4 Days. The delivery timeframe differs depending on the country so please check the schedule on the DPD website for exact local country details. In our experience most shipments to EU member countries such as Germany , France , Spain , Italy occur within 3-4 Business Days from day of shipping.
